Through bespoke psychometric testing, the Global UC provided a clear and structured framework tailored to Touche’s requirements. This improved the process of hiring and choosing employees from apprentice to managerial level. Core competencies and areas that would benefit from future training and development to increase employee effectiveness were identified.
