AL is Inner Armour’s heart. Studying Education and Psychology at doctorate level, he holds four degrees from UK Universities in Drama, Coaching Psychology, Teacher Training & Positive Psychology. He has worked in education for over 12 years at a secondary level, higher education and at post-graduate level. He validates his expertise through writing extensively with precision and point, lecturing at a number of well-known international universities, and delivering motivational workshops. He is down to earth, kind hearted, supportive, humble and centred. AL is dedicated to using psychology to empower all ages within the formal and informal education systems around the world.
